Introduction&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: Policy) is for the Data Controller to<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekorastudio.hu\/\">www.dekorastudio.hu<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the visitors (hereinafter: Data Subjects) of the website named [...] during web-based data processing activities by the Data Controller, and promote the enforcement of data security during web-based and other data processing activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the data protection provisions concerning the data processing operations of the Data Controller related to web-based data processing and the Privacy Policy&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekorastudio.hu\/\">www.dekorastudio.hu<\/a>&nbsp;made it available on the website.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2. General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller shall ensure the exercise of the Data Subjects' rights as set forth in these Regulations, provided that it shall act in compliance with the rights of the Data Subjects during the data processing activities listed herein.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.3. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the Policy.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Regulation may be amended, in particular, if the necessity of new data processing arises, upon changes in legislation or official practice, or if justified by new security risks or feedback from data subjects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The modifications, changes the Data Controller&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dekorastudio.hu\/\">www.dekorastudio.hu<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;are available on its website.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Scope of the Regulations&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governing laws during web-based data processing include, among others:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: \u201eInfo Act\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Requirements and Certain Restrictions of Commercial Advertising Activities (hereinafter: \u201eGrtv.\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services (hereinafter: Eker tv.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: \u201eGDPR\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section 169 of Act C of 2000 on Accounting (retention of accounting documents).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Regulations&nbsp;<strong>material scope<\/strong>&nbsp;applies to the following forms of web-based data processing:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contact, inquiry&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>submission of a complaint or other legal claim<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cookie handling&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>newsletter subscription&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data processing pursuant to the AML Act (customer due diligence, screening for politically exposed person status, ultimate beneficial ownership structure).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The material scope of this Policy covers all data processing operations carried out by the Data Controller, and thus applies to both electronic and paper-based data processing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Regulations&nbsp;<strong>temporal scope<\/strong>&nbsp;From May 8, 2026 until revocation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Regulations&nbsp;<strong>personal scope<\/strong>&nbsp;extends<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to the Data Controller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to the Data Controller's customers,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to the Data Controller's employees,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to natural and legal persons, or organizations without legal personality, having a contractual relationship with the Data Controller,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>those Affected Parties with respect to whom this Policy contains provisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to those Data Subjects whose rights or legitimate interests are affected by the data processing under these Regulations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to the visitors of the Data Controller's website,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and also to all those who submitted a question or inquiry through the website in connection with the Data Controller's services.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. The Data Controller safeguards the personal data it processes in this manner with due responsibility and special care. The Data Controller maintains internal records regarding the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Conditions for the Applicability of Automated Decision-Making<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of automated decision-making is to optimize and accelerate processes and to provide new opportunities in the course of the Data Controller\u2019s various activities, so that interested customers can receive the best possible solution proposal or diagnosis, or enjoy the best possible service.
